As of January 1, 2007, Paxton Enterprises LLC, headed by Mr. Steven King, took over the food processing line of equipment from Paxton Corporation. Mr. King has worked for Paxton Corporation since 1990 and he will continue to provide the same excellent service all customers have grown to expect.

Paxton Enterprises LLC markets food preparation equipment made by Hallde, Sweden; Alexanderwerk, Germany; Celme and Hudson, Italy. When you contact us you talk to an extension of the manufacturer - not a dealer.

The product line includes vegetable and fruit preparation machines, cutter-mixers (VCM), peelers, and cheese shredders. Production from 300 to 6,000 lb/hr depending on machine size. The equipment is used in restaurants, institutions and the industrial sector.

Our machines are known to last. Many are still in daily use after more than twenty years, saving labor and increasing profits for the owners.
